1. 기본 원칙

Mang1up Chatbot은 원칙적으로 환불을 제공하지 않습니다(No Refund Policy).

이용자는 유료 플랜 결제 즉시 서비스 전체 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 이는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항 제5호(용역 또는 디지털 콘텐츠가 제공된 경우)에 따른 청약 철회 예외에 해당합니다.

2. Trial 이용

  • Trial은 이용자당 최초 1회에 한하여 제공됩니다.
  • Trial 기간 중 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 시 비용은 청구되지 않습니다.
  • Trial 기간 종료 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 유료 결제가 시작되며, 자동 결제 이후 환불은 본 정책에 따라 제공되지 않습니다.
  • 이용자는 Trial 기간 종료일을 결제 페이지에서 언제든 확인할 수 있으며, 회사 또는 결제대행자는 Trial 종료 전 등록된 이메일로 사전 안내를 발송합니다.

3. 구독 해지 및 플랜 변경

  • 이용자는 서비스 내 결제 페이지에서 언제든지 유료 구독을 해지하거나 유료 플랜 간 변경(업그레이드·다운그레이드)을 요청할 수 있습니다.
  • 해지 시 해당 결제 주기 종료일까지 유료 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있으며, 그 이후 무료 플랜으로 전환됩니다.
  • 이미 결제된 주기의 요금은 환불되지 않습니다.
  • 플랜 변경 처리 방식:

- 업그레이드: 요청 시점부터 즉시 상위 플랜이 적용되며, 차액·요금 청구는 결제대행자의 결제 정책을 따릅니다. - 다운그레이드: 현재 결제 주기 종료일까지 기존 플랜이 유지되고, 다음 결제 주기부터 하위 플랜이 적용됩니다. - 플랜 변경에 따른 잔여 기간 환불·크레딧(선납금 반환·잔액 이월 등)은 제공되지 않습니다.

  • 무료 플랜 한도를 초과하는 데이터(챗봇, 업로드 파일, 크롤링 결과, 채팅 히스토리 등)는 30일 동안 비활성화(read-only) 상태로 유지됩니다. 조회·내보내기는 가능하나 신규 생성·실행(챗봇 응답 등)은 제한됩니다.
  • 비활성화 기간(30일) 내에 이용자가 다시 상위 유료 플랜에 가입하면 비활성화된 데이터는 자동으로 재활성화됩니다.
  • 비활성화 기간(30일)이 경과하면 한도 초과 데이터는 자동으로 영구 파기되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

4. 예외적 환불 사유

아래 사유에 해당하는 경우 회사는 이용자의 서면 요청을 검토하여 일부 또는 전부 환불을 진행할 수 있습니다.

  1. 회사의 귀책사유로 인한 장기간(24시간 이상) 서비스 중단
  2. 이용자가 동의하지 않은 자동 결제가 회사의 시스템 오류로 청구된 경우
  3. 법령 또는 감독기관의 지시에 따른 환불

환불 요청은 결제일로부터 14일 이내 support@mang1up.com으로 접수해야 하며, 회사는 접수 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내 검토 결과를 회신합니다.

5. 카드사 분쟁(Chargeback) 및 강제 환불

  • 이용자가 카드사에 직접 지급 거절·분쟁을 제기하거나, 결제대행자의 판단 또는 법령에 따라 환불이 이루어진 경우, 회사는 해당 이용자의 유료 기능 이용을 즉시 종료하고 무료 플랜으로 강등합니다.
  • 새 플랜 한도를 초과하는 데이터는 본 정책 제3조에 따라 30일 비활성화 후 영구 파기됩니다.
  • 회사는 환불 사유·이용 이력을 수동 검토하여 부정 환불·서비스 악용이 확인된 경우, 이용 제한·계약 해지·법적 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

6. 환불 처리 절차

  1. 이용자가 support@mang1up.com으로 환불 요청 제출 (주문번호, 결제 일시, 사유 포함)
  2. 회사가 요청 유형과 적격성 검토 (최대 7영업일)
  3. 환불 승인 시 결제대행자를 통해 원 결제 수단으로 환급 (결제대행자 처리 기간 통상 5–10영업일 소요)
  4. 환불 완료 후 이용자에게 이메일 통보

7. 결제 통화 및 환율

  • 결제 통화는 원칙적으로 미국 달러(USD)이며, 결제대행자가 이용자 카드사·지역에 따라 다른 통화로 청구할 수 있습니다.
  • 환불 금액은 원 결제 통화 기준으로 환급되며, 환율 변동에 따른 차액은 회사가 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 세금계산서

  • 회사는 세금계산서를 발행하지 않습니다.
  • 결제대행자가 발급한 결제 영수증(PDF)이 경비 증빙으로 사용됩니다.
  • 환불 시에도 결제대행자의 환불 영수증이 별도 발급됩니다.

Mang1up Chatbot Refund Policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any conflict between this version and the Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail.

1. General Principle — No Refund

All sales are final. Mang1up Chatbot does not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or as described below.

Paid Plans grant immediate access to the full functionality of the Service. You expressly request immediate performance upon purchase and acknowledge that the Service is digital content provided instantly.

2. EU / UK Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union or United Kingdom may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) or UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This right is lost once the Service has been fully performed, which occurs when you begin using the Service after purchase. By starting to use the Service immediately upon checkout, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

3. Trial

  • Trial is offered once per user.
  • You may cancel during the Trial at no charge.
  • If not cancelled before the Trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription automatically, and no refund is provided for the initial charge (subject to Section 2 for EU/UK consumers).
  • The Company or the Payment Processor will send a reminder email to your registered address before the Trial ends.

4. Subscription Cancellation & Plan Changes

  • You may cancel your subscription or change between Paid Plans (upgrade / downgrade) at any time via the in-service billing page.
  • On cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free Plan.
  • Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.
  • Plan change behavior:

- Upgrades take effect immediately; any proration or amount due is handled under the Payment Processor's billing rules. - Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; the lower plan applies from the next billing cycle onward. - No refunds or credits (including proration of prepaid amounts or carry-over balances) are issued for plan changes.

  • Data exceeding the new plan's limits (chatbots, uploaded files, crawled results, chat history, etc.) is retained in read-only mode for 30 days. You may view and export this data but cannot create new content or run chatbot responses against it.
  • If you re-subscribe to a higher plan within 30 days, previously deactivated data is automatically reactivated.
  • After the 30-day grace period, deactivated data exceeding the new plan's limits is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

5. Exceptional Refunds

We may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion in the following cases:

  1. Service outage attributable to us lasting 24 hours or longer;
  2. Charges resulting from our system error (e.g., unauthorized auto-renewal);
  3. Refunds required by applicable law or regulatory order.

Request window: Refund requests must be submitted to support@mang1up.com within 14 days of the charge. We respond within 7 business days.

6. Chargebacks & Forced Refunds

  • If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, or if the Payment Processor or applicable law requires a refund, we will immediately terminate your paid access and downgrade the account to the Free Plan.
  • Data exceeding the Free Plan's limits is processed under Section 4 (30-day deactivation, then permanent deletion).
  • We will manually review the refund reason and usage history. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may result in account termination, service restrictions, or legal action.

7. Refund Process

  1. Submit a request to support@mang1up.com including order ID, charge date, and reason;
  2. We review eligibility within 7 business days;
  3. Approved refunds are processed by the Payment Processor to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days);
  4. You receive an email confirmation upon completion.

8. Currency & Exchange Rates

  • Charges are in USD by default. The Payment Processor may present and charge in your local currency.
  • Refunds are issued in the original charge currency. We are not responsible for differences due to exchange rate fluctuations.

9. Tax Invoices

  • We do not issue separate tax invoices.
  • The Payment Processor's receipt (PDF) serves as proof of payment for expense and tax reporting.
  • Refunds generate a separate refund receipt from the Payment Processor.
